Editorial chain
The desk is supervised by the editor. The editor signs off on every brief before it is filed to the wire, runs the four-step verification gate set out in the methodology, and approves every material correction logged at /corrections/. The publisher entity, BTT Editorial LLC, holds the legal and editorial responsibility for the briefing as a whole.
Byline convention
Briefs file under The Business Travel Today Desk. Individual contributor names are not surfaced on the brief, and the publication does not maintain contributor profile pages, social-handle widgets, or rotating bylines. This is the editorial convention of the morning-briefing form. The rationale is set out in §3 of the editorial standard.
What the briefing does not have
- No contributor profile pages, no social-handle widgets, no rotating bylines.
- No paywall, registration wall, or email-capture gate.
- No press-release republication; no wire-service syndication; no copy-paste from operator marketing.
- No sponsored coverage, no affiliate links, no booking-engine commissions, no card-network rev-share.
